To turn off VoiceOver (which is what you are most likely describing), follow one of these steps:

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.

Or use Siri:

• Use Hey Siri or press and hold the Digital Crown (round button) then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”

Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for VoiceOver, you can disable the feature on your watch:

• On your watch: try quickly pressing the Digital Crown three times.
